Exciting changes are coming to FNB!

On September 14th, First Neighborhood Bank will launch a new online banking portal. The new online banking portal will be based off the same platform as our mobile app. This will create a consistent look and feel between the two products.

Don't worry, your information will not be changing!

During the transition all of your usernames, passwords, transfers, and bill payment settings will remain the same. Since we are already using this platform for our mobile app, mobile users will see no changes to their service. Web based users will notice that the portal will now resemble the mobile app in both look and functionality.

To accommodate for the transition, our online banking services will be unavailable from September 13th at 5:00pm EST to September 14th at 8:00am EST.

Please make sure to complete any payments or transfers prior to the outage to avoid any issues.

*Note* Internet Explorer is no longer supported by our online banking platform. Users will be required to use a modern browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Additional two-factor authentication will be required during the first time login.
