BillPay is now upgraded to make paying bills better, easier, and more convenient. When you click the BillPay tab for the first time after the upgrade, you will be prompted to accept the new terms and conditions. After that, current BillPay users will see their Payees along with their pending Payments. See "Announcement" tab inside Online Banking for more details.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT**

First Southern Bank has upgraded its Online Banking security features.
Going forward, customers will see an added ‘watermark image’ to the login process.
Once you receive a prompt to select an image, you will see that same image every login.

To login after the upgrade is complete please follow the steps below:

- Enter your current User ID and click submit
- Verify the image is correct
- Enter your correct password.

You will be able to change your security image under the option tab after logging into your account.
Those logging in for the first time will see a placeholder image.
After completing your first login, you will be prompted to select your own login image.
