HFCU’s New eTeller Online Banking Platform Coming January 31!
On January 31st, we do anticipate some downtime between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm with the old eTeller online banking site before we transition over to HFCU’s new eTeller online banking platform beginning at approximately 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. CT. However, HFCU’s eMobile banking application will be fully functional and available during this transition. Please click here if you need to download our eMobile banking app to your mobile device. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and appreciate your patience while the transition is completed.

After the transition is completed on January 31st, you will still use your current username and password when logging into the new eTeller online banking platform. You then establish two-factor authentication, where a code will be delivered by text or call to a phone number you provide. Ensure that you have access to this phone while you are completing this process. This code cannot be delivered to an email address. You only need to complete this process once.

Your login credentials will be the same whether you log in from a computer or the HFCU eMobile-banking app!
