New Users: Logging in for the first time?

  • You must have your member number/account number to enroll.
  • Make sure you enter the email address that PHCU has on file for you.
  • You'll create a Username ID, password, 3 security verification questions, a personal image and a password reset question. Usernames must be 6-20 characters in length, contain letters and numbers. Usernames are NOT case sensitive. New passwords must now be 10-20 characters and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number. Passwords ARE case sensitive.
  • Please make note of the temporary password you are given during enrollment. You'll be required to enter it later in the enrollment process.

Some internet browsers may save user names and passwords. This will automatically complete any login for you and may allow people at your computer to use your logins without knowing your passwords. For your security, please review your internet browser's "Help" section, or contact their Customer Support, to see if this option is available and how to turn it off.
