Federal ESIGN Disclosure and Consent for NetTeller Online Banking Enrollment
Please read this Federal ESIGN Disclosure and Consent carefully and keep a copy for your records.
The following disclosures are required by the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“ESIGN”). They are necessary to open your online banking account electronically. You can record your consent to the ESIGN disclosures by accepting this disclosure.
Electronic Delivery of Disclosures
By accepting this disclosure, you are consenting to electronically receive the Commerce Bank NetTeller Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure required by the Electronic Fund Transfers Act and Regulation E.
System Requirements
To receive and retain an electronic copy of the Commerce Bank NetTeller Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure, you must have the following equipment and software:
1. A personal computer or other device which is capable of accessing the Internet. Your access to this page verifies that your system/device meets these requirements.
