I am applying for the NetTeller Online Banking/Bill Pay product as provided by Merchants and Planters Bank. I will view the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure. I will agree to all of the terms and conditions as presented in the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure and understand my rights and responsibilites.

By applying for the NetTeller Online Banking/Bill Pay product online, I agree to let Merchants and Planters Bank contact me via email when the NetTeller Online Banking account is set up. I understand that Merchants and Planters Bank may ask for additional information before enrollment is confirmed and may refuse enrollment if the information is not provided or does not match bank records.
