Netteller Authorization Agreement

PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING:

This Netteller Online Banking Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Manhattan Bank contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the Online Banking services that Manhattan Bank (“us” or “we”) may provide to you. “Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to each person and organization or legal entity that enrolls in the Service and each person authorized to use a Netteller log-in ID and password.

The Online Banking Service may be setup/enabled with the following features:

  • Obtain Balance information on Eligible Accounts
  • Transfer Funds between Eligible Accounts
  • Review Transactions on Eligible Accounts
  • Make Loan Payments
  • Obtain Copy of Statement
  • Allow Export of Transaction History

    • By agreeing to this agreement, I authorize Manhattan Bank to issue a temporary Password on my behalf, which I will be required to change to a private password the first time I log into the system. The assigned Netteller ID and Password gives access to only certain Manhattan Bank accounts. My account will become active after midnight the day of processing.

    You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal ID and Password. If you provide another person with the means and necessary information to access your accounts via Manhattan Bank's Online Banking, you will be responsible for all transactions using that password until disabled or revoked in accordance with the Bank's procedures. For your protection, Manhattan Bank may disable any ID's or passwords that have not been used for 90 days.

    Authorization

    I (the Account Holder) apply for the online banking service to be used in conjunction with the accounts authorized. I understand that this online banking service will be setup with the features and functions indicated above and that my use of this service will be subject to the terms and conditions listed. I authorize the Bank to make any investigation to my credit either directly or through any agency. I understand that the Bank will retain this application and any credit information, even if I am not approved for this online banking service. I agree not to use this service in any illegal activity.
