	Youth accounts, age 17 and under, are in the minor's name as the primary applicant and require a joint who is over the age of 18 and a legal guardian. All other new accounts should apply as General Membership. *Select Individual if you are applying for yourself only. Select Joint if you are applying with another person, or if you are married and living in a community property state (AZ, CA, ID, LA, NM, NV, TX, WA, WI).

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
